Perhaps somebody could apply this patch next time they do a bootstrap?
Just regular --disable-mapped-location so I can verify it is safe, and
then I'll check it in.  (I don't have a current "base case", so I'd have
futz with running it twice, plus making sure I sue the right trees.)
