About:
TrueCrypt is on-the-fly disk encryption software that can create a virtual
encrypted disk within a file and mount it as a real disk. It can also
encrypt an entire hard disk partition, or a storage device such as USB
memory stick. It supports plausible deniability. 

Changes:
Command line options for creating new volumes were reintroduced for Linux
and Mac OS X. Many minor improvements and bugfixes were made.
