About:
secured WebGine is a mix between a content management system and an
application framework. Its focus is security and a logical API.  

Changes:
This release adds caching mechanisms for PHP and XML files. It separates
"direct_xml_bridge ()" and "direct_xml ()". XMLReader has been added as a
second supported XML parser (uses less memory). Level-based debugging
support has been added. PHP5 (and newer) support has been added. The DSD
input filter has been optimized (\x00 - \x21 chars are invalid and
filtered out). There are many more changes, which result in a 50%
performance increase.
