Pulse is an automated build (or continuous integration) server designed to
work with you to ensure the integrity of your code. Pulse regularly checks
your source code out from your SCM, builds your projects, and notifies you
of the results.  

Changes:
This is a bugfix release in the 1.1 series, with some minor feature
enhancements. Changes include the ability to specify a bind address, a new
regular expression test result processor, fixes for CVS change reporting,
and other minor bug fixes.
