rdup 0.2.16

About:
rdup is a utility inspired by rsync and the Plan9 way of doing backups.
rdup itself does not backup anything; it only prints a list of the names
of files that have changed since the last backup. It also handles files
that are removed, allowing for correct incremental backups. Auxilary
scripts are needed to act on this list and implement the backup strategy.
This way rdup can be kept lean and mean.
Changes:
Perl utilities are now used by default. A Perl version of crypt.sh was
added. These scripts are up to 50 times faster than the shell scripts.
Release focus: Major feature enhancements
