About:
Theorur is a GUI for streaming Ogg/Theora to an icecast server. It supports
A/V input from v4l or IEEE 1394 devices. Theorur needs dvgrab,
ffmpeg2theora, and oggfwd_im.  

Changes:
This release changes the A/V bitrate option to A/V quality options.
