About:
Project-Based Calendaring System (PBCS) is an open source Web-based
calendaring system, designed to be a useful tool for project managers or
project planners. It allows users to have appointments of multiple people
in one overview, making it easy to plan appointments for projects in the
future. There are special overviews to see all appointments at once for a
week or a month. There is also a section to add notes or reminders.
Changes:
This release contains a new user and group management system using a new
permission system. Clicking on the overview will redirect you to the
appointment form. Clicking on an appointment will let you edit it. A new
modular authentication system has been introduced, which can be extended
easily. Appointments now have location support and appointment protection
to restrict people from removing appointments for others, unless you are
the creator. A new XML sync library and client side PHP sync scripts for
Palm PDAs enable remote syncing in an easier way. PBCS now works with
register globals off.
