About:
pkpgcounter parses files and outputs the number of pages needed to print
them. It currently recognizes the following formats: PostScript (both DSC
compliant and binary), PDF, PCL3/4/5, PCLXL (aka PCL6), ESC/P2, DVI, TIFF,
OpenDocument (ISO/IEC DIS 26300), and Zenographics ZjStream.
Changes:
A bug introduced in version 1.82 prevented files in the ESC/P2, TIFF, DVI,
OpenDocument, and ZjStream formats from being correctly identified. This
release fixes this major problem, and people are advised to upgrade to
pkpgcounter 1.83 as soon as possible.
