ECMerge Pro 1.1
by Ellié Computing (http://freshmeat.net/~elliecomputing/)
Sun, Feb 26th 2006 11:10
About:
ECMerge compares and merges files and folders, side-by-side or 3-way. It
provides syntax coloring for C/C++, Java, HTML, ASP, PHP, and many other
programming languages. It can save your work at an intermediate state and
restart it later. It can generate Unix patches between files. A shell
extension is provided under Windows.
Changes:
XML pretty-printing (one-line XML files reformatted on screen, and
compacted before saving), in-line differences (displayed in colours),
security distance (to consider as conflicting differences distant from a
given number of lines), the ability to ignore changed lines (matching a
regular expression), fixes for various bugs, and improved character
encoding handling (default loading encoding, specific encoding to use to
save files, etc.).
Release focus: Major feature enhancements
