About:
The Cornfed SIP User Agent is a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)-based
Softphone for your x86 Linux systems. It allows you to make Internet
phone calls using an Advanced Linux Sound Architecture (ALSA) or Open
Sound System (OSS) sound card with speakers and microphone as your
telephone handset.
Changes:
The GUI design was modified to address Gnome HIG 2.0. Soundcard selection
was added for media during client execution. A check on whether a saved
soundcard exists when starting up was added, and the program falls back to
a default device if it does not. The volume control widget was removed.
Bugfixes were made.
