Package review request - Jokosher

Hi folks,

The subject says it all. This one's low hanging fruit that I'm sure can be accepted pretty quickly. If you have a moment I need someone to sponsor:

which is Jokosher, a non-linear audio editor written in python and utilising gstreamer libraries. I cant see any reason for this to be held back but then again, you might. :)
