2. if username is always name@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, could be good as a
reminder of what your username is likely to be in this system. Perhaps
email address ?
3. if account OK, but not allowed to vote, "not a member of one of the
groups eligible to vote". OK.
4. site is secure https. OK.
