Nope. I hadn't. Looking at it now, it does look like 4.2.0 was indeed
setup in devel. ;) 
That means it should be pretty easy to just setup those packages in
fedora-extras, then just add in the new packages.

Ok. As soon as I can get something in and stable I will look at
feeding changes upstream.

ok. I will preserve all the spec files from core/devel for the
packages that exist in there, and start with new changelogs for the
other ones.
