For gstreamer, what about "gstreamer-plugin(<pluginname>) =
<version>-<release>"? For example:

gstreamer-plugin(oggmux) = 0.10.13-1.fc7
gstreamer-plugin(vorbisenc) = 0.10.13-1.fc7
gstreamer-pligin(vorbisdec) = 0.10.13-1.fc7
