Problems with installation instructions for OpenBSD

The instructions for OBSD 4.[123] are wrong. It should read "# tar  
xvfz .../openssh-5.1.tgz" for the second step.

Also, the link to the patch for 4.[123] seems to be broken. Maybe it  
is supposed to be something like <ftp://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/OpenSSH/openbsd43_5.1.patch

This means the steps for patching refer to the wrong file (maybe).  At  
any rate, this patch does not allow OpenSSH 5.1 to build cleanly on my  
OpenBSD 4.3 box.  Get the same error as <http://archives.neohapsis.com/archives/openbsd/2008-07/1456.html 
>, but the solution is a non-starter, since I no longer know what the  
real name of the patch is.
