Log message:
move sparc advisory to before the kernel.  Not only safer (so that the
system is always bootable), but also less likely for me..er..I mean users
to be blindly punching sparc steps into non-sparc systems.
Also..improve bsd.mp handling so it is a bit easier for me, and therefor,
I assume all. :)
