Log message:
even the stock 4.5 pf.conf won't work directly with 4.6, so warn people
that the fact their box doesn't respond to pings after upgrade isn't
grounds to panic.  Thanks to Henning for pointing out that ssh is still
passes (sucks to be those that change the ssh port...)
