[emms-help] EMMS needs a maintainer

[Michael Olson]

Due to time constraints and being content with the current featureset
of EMMS, I am going to cease being its maintainer.  Would anyone else
like to take over?  The primary requirement is having signed over
copyright for changes to EMMS to the FSF.
