Again, it is not an addition to PIDF-LO. And I gave you a good
reason why we need the profile identifiers, its just that you would
rather have a LIS contort LoST service boundaries, which is a less
straight forward way of handling this.
I don't see what this has to do with profiles. If I understood you
correctly, you were suggesting a flag indicating a modification of
the matching algorithm (point vs. whole polygon), which seems
orthogonal to profiles. Subsequent discussion seems to indicate that
this may not work in all cases.
