vsftpd doesn't allow certificate chains to be sent

Please see http://bugs.debian.org/307498, which describes a small bug and
unnecessary limitation in vsftpd (which I reported a year ago, so this is a
reminder to the Debian maintainer as well). In short, ssl_init uses
SSL_CTX_use_certificate_file(), which only accepts a file containing a single
certificate, but often you have an intermediate certificate you need to send
to the client as well.
Not that anyone *uses* TLS with FTP, but still...
P.S., if you reply to this, be sure to keep the Cc. Thanks.
