a patch for compiling under amd64/gcc-4.0

----- Forwarded message from Andreas Jochens <aj*andaco.de> -----

Package: elinks
Severity: normal
Tags: patch

When building 'elinks' on amd64 with gcc-4.0,
I get the following error:

In file included from options.c:24:
../../src/intl/gettext/libintl.h: In function '_':
../../src/intl/gettext/libintl.h:45: warning: pointer targets in passing
argument 2 of 'get_opt_' differ in signedness
../../src/intl/gettext/libintl.h:50: warning: pointer targets in passing
argument 1 of 'bind_textdomain_codeset' differ in signedness
options.c: At top level:
options.c:56: error: static declaration of 'options_root' follows non-static
../../src/config/options.h:131: error: previous declaration of 'options_root'
was here

With the attached patch 'elinks' can be compiled on amd64 using gcc-4.0.

Andreas Jochens
