Severity: normal

It is way too easy to skip the highscore name prompt if you have autofire
enabled and/or are firing like crazy manually.

I didn't even notice when I died, the game went through all the highscore
name input and new game input faster than I could blink. And it was my
best high score to date, too :( It is now "???". Drat,

Anyway, please enforce that at least one character has been entered before
leaving the highscore name input, or enforce something like a five seconds
delay before the game will test for any of the fire buttons to leave the
highscore name input.
