Hi Guys,=20

I got this interesting bug report against swig 1.3.22 in Debian. I
reproduced this bug with my installation and confirmed that 1.3.21=20
works fine. I did not yet check with pristine swig source but I guess
it should produce the same results.=20

Not sure if includes inside macros are supposed to work but I'd rather
take this to the swig experts :)

BTW: Warning 305 is triggered a few times after the relevant error
message which is why Thomas added the -w305 flag.
