I assume Kern (Bacula's upstream) can provide more information on this, 
but i assume this is due to not being run in the proper place, and not 
being given a '-c' switch.

Shall i create the patch for this(sanity checking of daemon args) and 
send it to you, Kern?
For the record: this binary is built from bacula_1.34.6 + 
director-deadlock-avoidance patch.
