Bug#274205: jpilot: switching encoding doesn't affect custom fields names until program restart

I wholeheartedly agree with this prioritization. I believe that some of
the wishlist bugs of jpilot are much more important than this one. I
have promised to myself to submit all the bugs I find in the free
software I am using (unless I have time to patch them myself in which
case I try submitting patches), so please bear with my minor bugs as
well :)
