Bug#274285: Upstream URL dead, new upstream version at different location

Hi,

The upstream URL of libppd as referenced in the copyright file is
referring to a location where you only can find libppd versions up to
0.4 or something.

On
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=3800&package_id=11729
however, you can find version 0.10 of libppd.

Please also add a debian/watch file while you're at it.
