Subject: Bug#274250: anjuta: doesn't work without cvs (right out of the box), but has no dependency with cvs

Package: anjuta
Version: 1.2.2-3
Severity: important

I'm reporting this bug from different computer because mail from my
laptop doesn't work.

I just installed anjuta, with automatic installing of required and
recommended packages, but anjuta doesn't work.

I just click in the wizard to make a new project, wait till eveythings
finishes, and I had a message like "Autogeneration completed.....
Unsuccesfull"

After reading messages above I noticed that it had problems with finding
cvs. So I installed package cvs and then anjuta runs right out of the
box. So there is a problem with dependency to cvs.

I didn't have cvs on the laptop because I use only subversion.

(shouldn't anjuta use something better than cvs, by the way?)
