I don't know of any that work under GNU/Linux but PlantSense said
they'd come up with one in 2006 which was supposed to retail for about
$50 and claims to have all the sensors and a USB interface.
I don't know enough about how to reverse engineer the data from it
(they also have a web site so maybe the data is sent in the clear).
