Hi Karen,
I posted one known issue (with multiple symptoms) in Mac OS X 10.4.2 and
Release 14 SP3 to the newsgroup, with a workaround:

> Console Log application, which is located in /Applications/Utilities. If

> new problem with Mac OS X 10.4.2 and MATLAB R14 SP3, which affects desktop

If you were experiencing that or any other problems with SP3, let me know
(either generally, or specifically, if you can) as soon as possible, and
also contact your UK support office so that we can keep track of how many
people have been affected by this or other problems.
