Thank you, I'm not sure how I missed that in the documentation.

I'm a contractor working with the Army Core of Engineers.  The project
has to do with dredging data, particularly exposing db data through
web services.  I don't know anything about coe or mvd data, they are
just fields from the tables in the db I'm working with.

If you care to share something about coe and mvd data, I would be
interested.
