No need for apologies. All you have to do is stop spamming and start
participating in the technical discussion. That way everyone benefits.
If you do want to advertise a link or two, consider putting them in
your sig block. That's a far less offensive strategy and people might
even consider actually checking them out when a if they are posted as
sole content no one will likely both and will blacklist you as a
side-effect.
