Your suggestions would work, however I`m trying to get a shortcut here
=> eliminating the Subject.
is there any way that we could specify a join condition, like
'hasMany' => array(
'model' => 'Contents',
'join' => 'Contents.subject_id = HospitalAdmission.subject_id'
