Sorry for being such a newbie but I have been trying to position it

Apologies for this (probably) silly question
I've googled but strangely I can't find the answer to what must surely
be a common want. I did find some articles but none that provided a
solution I either understood or was the same.
I want to have my submit button to the right of my search form field.
But I also want to keep my label above the form field. So it's Label,
then on a new line the field with the search button on the same line.
I've tried all sorts of css but because cakephp produces all the
different bits in different divs nothing has worked. I know I could
just code it manually with spans but surely theres a cakey way of
