You probably have whitespace after the closing php tag (?>) in a file
somewhere. That seems to be the top reason for the "headers already
sent" error in any PHP script. Start with your controller file.
FYI, you can leave off the ?> from your scripts and PHP will handle it
fine. And you won't see this error (at least, not for this reason).
