Summary: Batik processing should not die on invalid values
Product: Batik
Version: 1.7
Platform: Other
URL: http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/Test/20061213/svggen/anim
ate-elem-65-t.svg
OS/Version: other
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: CSS
AssignedTo: batik-dev@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReportedBy: codedread@xxxxxxxxx
As per the W3C SVG Test suite, specifically
http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/Test/20061213/htmlObjectHarness/full-animate-elem-65-t.html,
the SVG file at
http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/Test/20061213/svggen/animate-elem-65-t.svg should
process all animations. But Batik 1.7 Beta dies on "invalid min" and no
animations occur. As per the test description this is incorrect behavior.
Another possible example:
elem.setAttributeNS(null, "cursor", ""); // this will cause an "invalid value on
cursor attribute" dialog in Batik 1.7 Beta
