Description: ? Lead users in discussions to understand and document
business requirements for managing Oracle Core Contracts including contract
language & customer facing documents
? Participate in mapping the as-is and future system processes
? Analyze the organizational business needs and design technical
specifications for the functional requirements. Help to identify and resolve
application gaps
? Provide guidance in business practices to help improve the management
of Oracle Service Contracts
? Recommend innovative uses for and configurations of the Oracle Core
Contracts & Service Contracts modules
? Assist in the configuration and testing of Oracle Core Contracts and
Service Contracts
? Maintain subject matter expertise in customer facing documentation and
apply this knowledge through participation with Quoting and Contracts
discussions
? Drive the integration of Service Contracts management practices with
Accounts Receivable, Order Management, Installed Base & Configurator
? Collaborate with the testing team to develop acceptance test criteria
? Collaborate with the business representatives to execute acceptance
tests to confirm Oracle functionality
? Create and maintain methodology documentation
? Create functional design for WRICE (workflow, reports, interfaces,
conversions, extensions) elements pertaining to Oracle Contracts & customer
facing documents
? Assist in prototyping Oracle application setups
? Provides consultation to project stakeholders on design alternatives
? Participate in working sessions as a subject matter expert
? Facilitate meetings; prepares meeting minutes; manage issues
? Provide production support
? Ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle 11.5.9 applications
and CRM Modules: Contracts Core, Service Contracts
? Excellent analytical and trouble shooting skills
? Good communication skills
? Good facilitation and presentation skills
? Technical background and/or knowledge (PL/SQL; Oracle Forms/Reports) a
plus
? Project Management experience a plus
? Ability to work autonomously and proactively
? Bachelors Degree in a business or computer related field, or equivalent
work experience
