Description: ? Contract negotiation support resource for sales for
technology services company.
? Support sales force in the interpretation of existing customer
contracts and in creation of customized contractual language.
? Research contract issues, billing issues, customer questions as needed.
? Assist in response to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Confidentiality
Agreements, and other standard business agreements.
? Available to assist in special projects.
? BS degree in Business Administration/Paralegal Certification or
equivalent work experience.
? Min. of 2 years experience in contract administration or directly
related work.
? Previous contract negotiation and sales force support with particular
emphasis on telephone support is required.
? Excellent written communication skills, including experience in
drafting contractual provisions in support of customer issues.
? Must be able to work independently.
? Applicant must be self-motivated, team player, and able to immediately
contribute to a fast paced, deadline intensive environment.
? Ability to learn quickly in a highly technical fast paced environment
? Proficiency in Windows based applications, LOTUS NOTES, WORD, EXCEL and
database experience desirable.
