Yes Dear David, that's the reform/debate being requested for...one such
example; how many votes to one NIR and how many to one member..NIR with n
numbers of members having 64 votes and even 1 member also having 64...?

Motive is equality & objective is true democratic values for the body. More
engagement of next billions of internet users...it's their turn now.

Regards and best wishes,

Naresh Ajwani

"Equality"? Hmm.
So, just to be clear, you believe that (say) an individual member with a
single /24 that pays $1000 should be "equal" to (say) a national Internet
registry that pays two orders of magnitude more and which serves almost
400,000,000 people while managing a total of a 14 /8s worth of IPv4 address
