The Programme Committee greatly appreciates the response and effort
made by authors and presenters so far in the Call for Conference
Papers for APRICOT 2009, especially for the tutorial slots.
There are still some speaking slots available for APRICOT 2009 and the
PC would again like to encourage members of the community to submit
contributions for the conference programme.
If you have a good idea for a presentation but would like some help or
encouragement to develop it, please contact me and I'll be happy to
put you in touch with someone on the PC who will be able to help you.
Or if you have work in progress, but can't really write slides or
submit the idea just yet, please let us know via the submission
system, and give us a target date for slides. There may be last
minute slots available in the programme, or we may be able to consider
your topic for the Lightning Talks portion of the conference.

Draft slides for both tutorials and conference sessions MUST be
provided with CfP submissions to be accepted. The PC will not
consider submissions unless draft slides of sufficient detail are

content is not allowed within the program.
