Maybe you should use the right mouse click to activate the download,
but the links are OK and the zips also contain the same v1.3 patch.
I don't know if they work, because I haven't found that version yet.
I have some doubts about the quality of the patch ( see below ).
Again, the links are OK, but I think you are looking for a v1.4 or
patch.
