Always interested in graphics apps, especially those with vector
capabilities, gave it a try.
but
although their site says "Downloading and use is free and functional"
the license says otherwise
2. LICENSE TO USE.
2.1 The Software is not free. You are granted a limited license to use
this Software for up to 30 days before you are required to register. If
you decide not to purchase the Software at the end of 30 days, you must
discontinue to use it and destroy all copies of the Software. blah..
blah..
As for the app, it installed ok, only adds a couple of dozen registry
entries, mostly un-install stuff.
In use - gave it about five minutes before dumping it. It is not entirely
for animation, you can open a single image for editing. The vector menu
seems to consist of converting lines to curves, The rest.... nothing that
you could not do with gimp or similar. Painfully slow
Plus - a really annoying pop-up in the guise of a progress window
"Welcome to the wonderful world of Ceylekx" (sic.) that you have to close
each time it opens.
Conclusion - give this one a miss.
