I'm looking for a program that can encrypt/decode folders under XP. I've
searched through Google Groups and came across File2File, PC-Encrypt,
AxCrypt, ...

I'm fairly sure this has been asked before, but does anyone who's good
experience with those (or others) ? There seem to be several programs
who can do this, so it would be interesting if I can just single out a
couple.

Scroll down the page.
Liteware and registerware.

I have used it for years and never had any problems decrypting.
I chose it because SafeGuard provided a free program for both my PC and handheld. That way I could encrypt and decrypt the same file independently on both devices.

BTW, discovered that there's now a free version for Symbian. Will try it to see if I can encrypt/decrypt from both my PC and Nokia.
