This workshop is designed for practitioners and program directors interested in developing a transitions program by building on current program elements and by using the tools (free) created by the National College Transition Network (NCTN).  Participants will explore the barriers to postsecondary education that adult learners face and discuss strategies one can implement immediately to address them.
