Thank you Evan and I do take your point re "after years of doing tech 
support, I can tell you that "I have
Firefox set as my default browser" doesn't mean the user DOES" !! But I got 
a little hot under the collar when I was told "If you don't know, don't try 
to answer" by a guy who was clueless on the remedy. Cheers
