Well, after years of doing tech support, I can tell you that "I have
firefox set as my default browser" doesn't mean the user DOES.

I mean if I took every customers word that "My wireless card is
enabled" to mean their wireless card REALLY IS enabled, well.... let's
just say there'd be a lot of people calling their laptop manufacturer
because their wireless is defective.

But you're completely right - the correct answer is to download the IE
Tab for firefox, of course.

But I got a little hot under the collar when I was told "If you don't know, don't try to answer" by a guy who was clueless on the remedy. Cheers
