Make sure that Firefox really is set as the default browser.  In Firefox, go
to Tools->Options and click on the Main tab (Advanced tab in Firefox 3),
check the "Always check to see if Firefox is the default browser on
startup" box and then click the "Check Now" button.  Select "Yes" if it
reports Firefox is not set up as your default browser.
