The screen says hit F2 for setup and F12 for boot options but I can't do either one. It just hangs at this point. Bad news is I can not find my original Windows disk that came with the machine. This hasn't anything to do with Windows ... Windows hasn't begun to load at this point. You have hardware issues .... you need to contact your Dell Servce Respresentative.
