I'll do you one better.

Use their FTP site:
ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/

To get Version 7, navigate to and download
ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/7x/7.0/enu/AdbeRdr70_enu.exe

And that download is only 12.5 MB... *much* smaller than the full
install!
