If you are concerned about cost of ink, which is what I worry about, 
Canon usually has came out near the top of the list for economy.  Read 
some of the magazines like  PC World, PC Computing, and check out 
Consumers Reports at the Library so that you can get the back issues to
read after checking the indexes for "printers"
