Why don't they teach logic in schools anymore...

You are asking if you can take 2 gallons of milk and put it ALL 
in a 3/4 gallon container and have it look and taste the same 
and have the same consistency.

On a related subject, in the not unlikely possibility that you 
ever want something to "sound better", DON'T bother taking a 
file and doubling the bit rate and sampling freq. All you will 
get is a MUCH bigger file sounding exactly the same.
