I have never seen the effect of OE opening MS Word as an 'editor', so
that IE condition/suggestion was a wild guess. Normally OE is going to
be editing a mail message or a news message in its own editor. Even if
the mail or news message were going to be html or 'rtf', it wouldn't
make any sense to open Word, because any Word document is not going to
be a mail or news message.
